Residing in South Florida and operating across multiple states — including FL, GA, and TX — Joe brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every transaction. With 200+ transactions and over $55+ million in sales volume, he specializes in residential sales, investment properties, and creative deal structuring.
Formally trained in AI-driven real estate marketing, Joe is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into modern real estate strategy. In February 2026, he deployed an AI-powered system that directly helped generate and close several real estate transactions, making him among the first Ai Pioneers using automation to produce real-world results, not just theory.
A Masters competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Joe brings discipline and resilience into business and life. His motto — Faith. Family. Fortress (Real Estate). Fitness. — reflects the Biblical foundation on which he builds all.
He works alongside his wife and business partner, Silvana "Sil" McFarlane , a CrossFit competitor, homeschool mom, and certified homeschool tutor. Together, they form a high-performing husband-and-wife team delivering a seamless, client-first real estate experience.
